Stores are announcing what Black Friday 2021 will look like this year. Here's what major retailers, including Walmart, Macy's, Target, Kohl's and Best Buy, have confirmed so far.

We've known since the summer that many stores will remain closed on Thanksgiving Day, but that didn't answer all of our questions about what's going to happen on Black Friday (Nov. 26).

With concerns about supply chain and shipping issues, shoppers are wondering what the Biggest Shopping Day of the Year will be like this year. To help answer this question, we've been compiling information about what you can expect from your favorite Black Friday retailers in 2021.

Below you can find information about what we know about each retailers' plans (so far). Keep checking back because we will continue to add to this list as we get closer to Black Friday.

Bed Bath & Beyond 2021 plans

Bed Bath & Beyond joined the list of stores that will be keeping their doors closed on Thanksgiving Day, allowing their employees to spend time with their families.

Best Buy Black Friday 2021 plans

Like many of our favorite retailers, Best Buy will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. However, this retail giant will offer online shopping on Turkey Day.

On Oct. 14, Best Buy revealed its plans for a week of Black Friday sales, starting on Nov. 19. And leading up to that is a four-day pre-Black Friday sale, kicking off on Oct.19. Here we broke down all the details surrounding this deal announcement.

Note: All items purchased during Best Buy's Oct. 19 sale are covered by its Black Friday Price Guarantee. This means the price won't drop before Black Friday, and if it does, you can seek an adjustment.

Costco's Black Friday 2021 plans

Costco members will not be surprised to hear that the membership warehouse retailer will be closed for Thanksgiving Day 2021 (as it closes every year on Turkey Day).

However, you might not know that Costco will be hosting a Members Only Savings Event, starting on Oct. 17 and running until Nov. 21. Details are not out for the retailer's Black Friday sales, but this is an excellent warm-up.

Kohl's Black Friday 2021 plans

This is the second year in a row that Kohl's will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, as the retailer says it received a great response when it did so in 2020.

Macy's Black Friday 2021 plans

Macy's announced that it plans to kick off its Black Friday deals on Tuesday, Nov. 23. You can plan to shop these bargains online, in stores and on the Macy's app.

Nordstrom Black Friday 2021 plans

Nordstrom will be offering in-store and online Black Friday deals starting on Friday, Nov. 26.

Sam's Club Black Friday 2021 plans

On Oct. 20, Sam's Club revealed it's Black Friday and Cyber Monday plans. The Sam's Club Black Friday ad scan advertises that the sale will start on Thursday, Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving). The retailer will be closed for Thanksgiving Day, so the sale will be online-only to start. The sale ends on Sunday, Nov. 28.

As for the Sam's Club Cyber Monday ad scan, you can shop for those deals from Nov. 29 through Nov. 30.

Target Black Friday 2021 plans

Target found that its employees and guests enjoyed having the stores closed on Thanksgiving Day, so it's doing it again in 2021. However, you'll still be able to shop online on Turkey Day.

On Oct. 10, Target launched its holiday price match policy. This policy allows shoppers to request a price match on items purchased online or in-store until Dec. 24.

Walmart Black Friday 2021 plans

The Black Friday giant known as Walmart announced that it will keep its stores closed on Thanksgiving Day. However, you can plan to shop online that day.

Walmart announced on Oct. 18 that it will be hosting its second annual Black Friday Deals for Days events in 2021. This means there will be three Black Friday savings events throughout November.

The first: Nov. 3 start online and Nov. 5 start in-store, the second: Nov. 10 start online and Nov. 12 start in-store and the third: details yet to be released.Here, we broke down all the specific hours and further information surrounding these sales.
