One of Black Friday's biggest players (Walmart, of course) has just issued a press release that gives us insight into their holiday plans. It might not be the ad leak for their Black Friday 2016 sale, but we'll take it!
To save you from having to read the entire press release, we picked out some of the highlights:
- Improved In-Store Pickup - Walmart is going to offer an expanded inventory (we're talking millions!) of items that are eligible for in-store pickup - and the items will be available for same day pickup. Expanded and expedited? We'll take it!
- Holiday Helpers - Walmart is trying to make in-store shopping faster too, with help from Holiday Helpers. Starting on Nov. 4, look for the employees wearing yellow vests and Santa hats to guide you to the shortest line and run back to grab items that you forgot. They also have candy canes for the little ones.
- Exclusive Deals - Walmart will offer exclusive deals in every category in the store. They will also add more Rollbacks that will be good throughout the months of November and December.
